At the Munich Security Conference (MSC) in February 2026, PwC handpicked only 20 rising European startups out of more than 1,000 applicants for its prestigious Scale Defence & Resilience Tech Program. Aeteos is proud to be one of them, a major recognition of our contribution to sovereign threat intelligence and Europe’s strategic resilience.

For a national law enforcement agency
For a European initiative focused on combating online hate speech, a specialized national law enforcement unit selected Percipion™ as their sovereign cognitive solution. Fully compliant with the EU AI Act, Percipion™ enables secure offline processing of textual data, significantly accelerates investigations, and identifies subtle weak signals of hate along with nuanced valence in inflammatory or extremist language.
For a major European defence organisation
In a strategic project, custom scripts were developed to securely gather intelligence from the dark web on covert operations, influence campaigns, and emerging threats. The collected data was aggregated and processed directly within Percipion™ for advanced semantic analysis, enabling a major European defence organisation to investigate potential foreign interference and destabilisation activities.
In 2024, with the support of the French Interior Ministry, the Central Office for Combating Crimes Against Humanity and Hate Crimes, which I headed, responded to a European call for projects to fund the development of a technical and policing solution designed to better combat hate crimes, particularly online. This application was preceded by the selection of numerous partners, including Aeteos™. Our choice of Percipion™, after testing several other software solutions, was guided by Percipion’s perfect adaptability to the needs identified within our project, the high availability of Aeteos’s developers, and the solution’s reasonable cost.
For a global NGO protecting children
A dedicated non-governmental organization selected Percipion™ to detect subtle and evolving grooming behaviors in real-time during live online interactions. Groomers often use coded language, psychological manipulation, and gradual emotional escalation to evade traditional keyword-based filters, thereby exposing children and complicating the timely preservation of digital evidence.
For a national law enforcement agency
In the context of a large-scale evaluation initiative, a national law enforcement intelligence unit selected Percipion™ for its proactive threat anticipation capabilities. The goal was to continuously monitor and analyze vast amounts of textual content from the open web and social networks, enabling the early detection of indicators related to criminal activities, foreign interference, or emerging threats.
For a leading forensic laboratory
Percipion™ was deployed as a secure, offline forensic analysis platform to support judicial experts by assessing tens or hundreds of thousands of messages from seized devices using context related knowledge schemas to best detect specific semantics, coded language or psychological cues to identify admissible digital evidence and dramatically accelerating investigations that once took weeks of manual effort.
For a leading European retail group
Facing allegations of internal misconduct and potential unethical practices, investigators were tasked with reviewing massive volumes of archived email communications stored in legacy formats, encompassing thousands of messages over several years. Percipion™ was selected to securely process these extensive email archives, enabling rapid identification of pertinent evidences.
Percipion™ has quickly become an essential tool for our forensic analyses: it allows us to identify relevant messages from vast amounts of data in record time. We are becoming more efficient and accurate every day, while easily interconnecting it with our expertise tools (translated from french).
For major civil society organizations
During a major international sporting event, several civil society organizations deployed Percipion™ to continuously monitor high-volume social media posts, comments, and messages across platforms. This enabled real-time detection of hate speech, discriminatory language, xenophobic narratives, and veiled threats directed at participants, teams, volunteers, or attendees.
For a national law enforcement agency
