Do I need technical skills to use Percipion™?
No, no technical skills are required to use it.

When you subscribe to a plan, you will receive a user manual with examples.

Is Percipion™ compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux?
Percipion™ can be installed on Linux. It can be used from any operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux) via its NextCloud interface.
Does Percipion™ have an API?
Yes, but not a REST API, so large files cannot be sent to Percipion™.
Can Percipion™ be connected to third-party tools (CRM, ERP, etc.)?
Yes, Percipion™ can connect to the following tools: Salesforce, OpenAI, Microsoft Office & Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle NetSuite & Cloud ERP, HubSpot, Zoho CRM & One, Box, Google Workspace, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox Business, ServiceNow, Workday, etc.

Percipion™ protects your data at rest or in transit using a proprietary encryption solution developed by Aeteos.

Yes, we can set up an automatic encrypted backup procedure that meets your requirements.

Is Percipion™ highly secure?
Yes, Percipion™ is highly secure and allows you to analyze your data without being connected to the network.
Where is my data hosted?
On a server over which you have full administrative rights.
Can I delete my data at any time?
Yes, you can delete your data whenever you want.
Is Percipion™ compliant with the IA Act?
Yes, Percipion™ complies with the requirements of the IA Act and has a legal audit and a declaration of compliance.
Who owns the data stored in Percipion™?
You own your data and its analysis results. Percipion™ does not store or transfer any data.

Percipion™ can be used by an unlimited number of users on the same server.
Are there role and permission management features?
Yes, the platform is fully administrable by you (roles, permissions, and sharing).
Trial, cancellation & upgrades
How can I test Percipion™ before subscribing?
Percipion™ can be tested during a paid pilot phase.
Can I retrieve my data after cancellation?
If your software is installed on your server, you can retrieve your data after cancellation. Otherwise, you will need to retrieve your data before the end of your subscription.
What is the standard term of my Percipion™ subscription?
The standard term of a Percipion™ subscription is one year, renewable.
How do I cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions must be cancelled by email with three months’ notice prior to contract renewal.
How do I suggest an improvement or report bugs?
Any suggestions for improvements or bug reports can be sent to us by email. The support email address can be found in the Percipion™ user manual.
